Pros

-Asides from management (read in cons) everyone else was lovely to work with in the office -Sales assistant who came in the office were friendly -Got to work and learn about Korean Cosmetics -New office was spacious -Time went quick because you had something to do (also a con)

Cons

Where do I begin... -Employees are NOT allowed to call management by their first names but their work title. (translates to "big boss"). You have to address them that in via email too. (I can't be making this up but this was told to me on my second day) -Was told it is rude to leave before your bosses as you need to work just as hard as them (these were the words of the operation manager). -My first week I did 7.5 hours overtime due to the bosses being in the office and the TL kept giving work. It's expected to be working overtime everyday -No overtime/ time in lieu. -No bank account details/superannuation was in the system when I started. -Management was not welcoming. No introduction. After a week off working there was still no introduction. Just staring by the -Screaming, bullying to others to conform I found it very sad that 4 people quit in one day. Everyone had a common issue which was bad management, bad company culture (hierarchy based), no mistakes from day 1, micromanagement, work overtime everyday.

Pros

Nothing I can think of..

Cons

Micromanagement (The owner couple) are consistantly monitoring staffs and bullying them. Sales report every week and criticizing staffs according to sales performance. No overtime/Weekend/Public holiday. No entitlements what so ever .I can't believe this work ethic is still existing in Australia.

Pros

Snacks are free. That's it. Nothing more.

Cons

Working for this company has been an overwhelmingly negative experience. The management style is characterized by excessive micromanagement, with little to no structured training provided—it's more about passing off tasks than actually teaching. The warehouse head's attitude is particularly troubling, often coming across as domineering and condescending. Technologically, the company is outdated. We're still using Microsoft Excel 2007, which, combined with extremely slow computers, results in inefficiency. Clocking in is strictly enforced, yet the process itself is cumbersome and inefficient. The reliance on manual tasks, paired with cheap system choice, increases the risk of errors. Additionally, the workload is unreasonable. I’m expected to manage multiple high-priority tasks alone, creating a constant state of overload. There’s no balance between work and life here, and the company's management appears indifferent to employee well-being. This environment is chaotic, poorly managed, and not conducive to long-term success.
