Pros
There is a list of great things about BOS innovation 1. They respect the hard work you put in 2. It is so family oriented and you will see that when Ben talks 3. Great leader ship- looks like every one owns the company and try to achieve the goals 4. Management is very supportive 5. Learning is awesome- 1 year work at BOS is equal to 3 years of learning at other organizations, so if your aim is to learn go for it. work hard and you will learn tons of things. If i get a chance i will definitely work again for BOS one day :)

not too highly paid.. description in Advice to Management long hours (person like me loves to work until its finished) so i am okay with long hours.
