Pros

Probably plenty of parking and office space to stretch your legs these days

Cons

As of this posting, all the unpaid wages mentioned in the previous negative reviews are now with the Ministry of Finance's collections department. If after all this time Bossc can't settle their debts to their previous employees, then you shouldn't count on them paying you regularly, and clients shouldn't expect the lights to stay on for much longer. And even if they do, but Bossc isn't willing to resolve dozens of unpaid wage disputes, then your trust would be misplaced in them. If you're part of an unpaid co-op program or something, then sure. Go get your much needed experience trying to put out a dumpster fire. There'll be a lot of that in your future, so might as well jump straight into the deep end of the pool. Everyone else, keep looking.

Cons

They have not paid a number of laid off employees in over 1 month and are not being truthful as to why or when they should expect monies earned.

Pros

HR is trying hard to make the company more professional

Cons

Office setting with certain management level managers aren’t professional Product unstable Development planning doesn’t go well with Sales Not enough revenue to sustain the number of employees Lots of prospects but insufficient paying clients Growing too fast and trimming fast to compensate for the mistake No benefits for employees but management has it for themselves Not enough parking spots but with the recent layoff, there might be enough space now
