      Other implementors were great about sharing knowledge and helping to learn new skills. Very collaborative.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals set for implementers when sales wasnt selling. Management would disparage team members in public settings.

      The people at BP Logix are great! It is a very team based company and everyone is happy to help with anything they can. Leadership has great vision for the future of the company.

      At this point I have not found any.

      Employees allowed independence; few meetings

      Cons

      Employees views r never taken into account. Office is dark and outdated. Maybe things will improve once company is sold - shld happen in 2019 or so
