Pros
The owners are great and have a real passion for the industry and the associates. Great teams on property and the opportunity to do employee engagement monthly. Lots of room for growth due to high turnover.
Cons
The people making the calls in the corporate office. To many hoops to jump through to get necessary items for the hotel. Pay isn't up to par with competing companies. Little to no appreciation for tenure. Poor work life balance.
