Ok company to work for - Commercial Account Handler BQI Group Employee Review

A very progressive, proactive company that cares for and looks after all its employees, with clients always at the heart of everything we do. Talent and a desire to progress is always recognised and nurtured; with a work/ life balance heavily promoted and encouraged. A company that has grown and is growing due to the success and achievements of talented and enthuiastic colleagues - each with an important part to play, driven by a passionate senior management team. Lockdown has not held us back - we "upped sticks" overnight to work remotely and our growth has continued throughout, with the acquisition of some star talent and amazing clients. Even though we all work hard - there is plenty of fun and fundraising events - with or without lockdown the spirit prevails!

When we return to the offices after lockdown, will there be enough desks & seats to cater for the colleagues that have joined us during this time of remote working?!

Working at BQI has been a very exciting and fulfilling experience. I have only been with the company for a number of months and yet I have grown so much as an individual and as an employee. I came into this role with no clue about insurance but they have fantastic training platforms which help me learn at my own pace. They have created a roll that suited my needs and took my wellbeing into consideration. I have been able to grow and I know that I want to evolve further within this company.

The only thing I have to say is that it is quite a long drive from where I live.
