      Great time if you want to be a part of developing something great. Overall good management and work environment with flexibility. Good Benefits. Access to many skilled professionals.

      Cons

      None I have noticed. Maybe need more technicians to handle the incoming workload.

      Good pay that is on time

      Cons

      No work life balance, expecting you to work even on vacation. Lack of money in the corporation has led to product arrivals with most accounts on credit hold No support, with the CEO also running operations (no experience). No stability (6 of the 13 LOM's either left or were termed by the company this last year)
