      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, flexibility, remote work.

      Cons

      They do not give raises, ever. They pay somewhat low compared to other industries at the management level. Very expensive health insurance, no matching 401k, and very little vacation days.

      work schedule is 6am-2:30pm with one paid 30 minute break and lunch that is also 30 minutes but it isnt paid. The day is really broken up good
