They have a comprehensive Benefits Package that covers a lot of great extra benefits, like stock, and multiple bonuses.
Cons
They say they care about the individual, but don't care about your own career. They have been known to pull job offers within days of start date because their contract work fluctuates. Tries to mine people just to get contacts, and connections to expand their work. Really self-serving.
