Pros
Ethics, values, freedom of voice. It's a very creative, dynamic, and honest company with its own strong principles, where people respect opinion of each other and anything is possible. Management is in constant search of ways to make BSTRO even better (which includes everything - from work process to employee happiness). Every opinion is heard, and all the reasonable ones are planned and scheduled for implementation. This process never stops, and employees can actually participate in improving every aspect of work on a project. Learning initiatives and growth (professional and personal) are supported and encouraged here. Pace in projects is high, which gives a room for skills to get improved rapidly. It's just not possible to get bored here: interesting projects and various tasks are always on the list. There are some nice perks here, like a Christmas week, long summer weekends, or travelling between 3 company offices to get to know coworkers better. And not to forget new company amazing office, steps away from skytrain station - gorgeous open space full of light! I'm grateful for all the amazing people I'm working with. The highest standard of professional qualities here goes hand in hand with sense of humor, honesty and kindness. In BSTRO office, we give and get support during setbacks, and celebrate achievements of each other.
