BT is committed to create managers who can handle delivery in a cost effective way. This company is not able to retain good developers. You can ask for package you want. They are bound to pay you that :)

You have to deal with lots of non technical managers at all levels. You have to have some real patience while dealing with them. You have to use very laymen language in order to communicate with them.You will be nostalgic about your programming days.
