Political dynamics within the organization raise some legitimate concerns. There's a troubling trend where individuals can engage in questionable behavior and evade consequences simply because they meet their performance targets. These individuals are essentially immune to scrutiny, and they've become the de facto standard upheld by leadership, who appear to endorse a similarly ruthless mindset: 'Either you meet your numbers, or you're considered inadequate, and we'll find reasons to undermine you.' Furthermore, there seems to be a prevalent issue with inconsistent leaders who often appear motivated by personal agendas. They appear unwilling to engage in open discussions with their teams, frequently hiding behind various excuses to avoid supporting their colleagues. They seem solely focused on expecting results without displaying a willingness to collaborate with their teams to achieve those results.
