Business Outlook
Pros
Will learn a lot and can move around in the EV Industry. There seems to be job security in the industry.
Cons
Communication is terrible. Processes not fully developed (good and bad). Management can be very vulgar, which creates a weird environment sometimes. Time off kind of sucks and it is hard to move internally within the company. Promotions are scarce. Huge turnover (mostly due to lack of personnel and management). Weird about working remote.
