I couldn't be happier with my time at BUCS. As a growing company, you get to wear many hats, collaborating with client leadership in several different ways and across many different industries to address complex business challenges. Each day has new & interesting opportunities. The leadership team is hands on, transparent, and continuously benchmarks against similar companies in the area to ensure benefits and compensation compete with or outpace companies attracting similar talent.
The culture is fantastic - a close-knit team with a relaxed yet driven atmosphere. While everyone is expected to deliver prompt and accurate work, there is no shortage of fun had in and out of the office.
Cons
Hours will fluctuate based on client needs/urgency. There will be times work outside of the office is necessary to meet project benchmarks.
