There's a lot of things you can explore in the rice warehouse and could be useful in another types of warehouse. You get a free lunch both in the branch office and warehouse, depending on placement. Also in certain moments, you able to get some free snacks or even a dinner couple minutes before the working hour finished. Also in warehouse, you can get meal allowance per month, the nominal amount may be vary each month depending on the number of working days.

Sometimes the instruction from the branch office are unclear and happen suddenly, so the employees have to get used to it. Since it's a state-owned company (BUMN) which is automatically related to the government, you can't expect really much in terms of bureaucratic convenience.
