Pros
The BUNAC UK team sit within the STA World Head quarters in London which is a great environment (I get to wear shorts to work!). Everyone in our team is on the same page, and driven by our mission: to enable all young people to discover the world through life changing work and travel adventures. We often have social events, have an inclusive and positive work environment, and everyone has a chance to be heard. My focus as a manager gets to be on the progression and development of my team, as well as the success of our programmes (both come hand in hand). We are a nimble, pro-active and highly profitable business. We have the ability to improve what we do all the time, launch new programmes, and new destinations. We can also be very reactive to feedback, both internal and external, and we are! In the last 3 years I have seem so many positive changes and adaptations of who we are and what we do.
Cons
If you want to eat out for lunch everyday.... it gets very expensive, being based in Kensington! That brings some great pro's along with it though.
