There are many. Infact there are only cons to work for this organization. - There is no hierarchy here in organization. No vice president of product, no product view nothing. - Just random thoughts put to move product forwad. -The product they have is a big flop. Many clients have stopped to purchase their services. - They practice culture of fast hiring and more faster firing.. - Except 2-3 employees they dont keep any emplpyee for a long term. They keep firing employees on a regular basis. - Do not risk your career by joining this place. - Even if you have no other offer then also please dont join this place. - They have stopped receiving funds from investors and hence are firing people in a fast pace. - Work culture is also very poor. Zero work life balance. - All the good employess have either left them or they have fired them.
