      Very fast paced, some peers who don't manage themselves well may get burnt out.

      Pros

      After being unexpectedly laid off in the Spring, was sad about losing the culture of my previous employer. As luck would have it after landing at BVNK, I found another employer with a culture that makes me feel welcome, and empowered.

      Cons

      The time difference for me can be a con at times, but I knew that before I accepted and have prepared accordingly.

      Bad communication, confusing feedback and bad management. Rash decision making and unaware of how to gauge people. Waste of time.
