Pros
I love that BZB express doesn't feel like a "job". Even though you're at work, the environment and the people around make it feel like home. To me, this is just a second home. Management is also very understanding of your needs, such as if something suddenly comes up and you need to take a day off or even if you have vacation coming up and need to request a few days off, they will always try to make it happen. We at BZB also show gratitude to the hard working staff. We make sure to take some time off every now and then to have company lunches/outings to make sure that our hard work never goes unnoticed. Everyone is very helpful towards each other and are always open and willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. I also love that we really do care about our customers' needs and try the best we can to make sure everyone is happy. We always try our best to find the solution to every problem and don't give up very easily. There's nothing but positive things I have to say about Bzbexpress.
Cons
I honestly don't believe I have any cons as of yet. I have been working here for over 2.5 years and have never had any complaints about the job or towards management.
