Pros

Exposure to different tasks, opportunity to build adaptability

Cons

Low compensation, heavy workload, high turnover, inconsistent systems, stressful environment My experience was challenging mainly because of the mismatch between workload and compensation. The expectations were quite high for the rate being offered, and the workload often felt heavier than what would normally be expected for the position. There also seemed to be frequent turnover, which made it difficult to maintain consistency in processes and team stability. At times, the system and workflow felt disorganized, and this created unnecessary stress for employees who were already handling a lot. Leadership expectations could also feel very intense, which may not be the best fit for everyone, especially those looking for a more supportive or sustainable work environment. While there is exposure to different tasks and responsibilities, the overall setup may feel overwhelming if the structure and compensation do not align with the demands of the role. Applicants MUST be prepared for a fast-paced environment with high expectations.

As a rapidly growing company, processes are still evolving, so things can move quickly and priorities may change. Sometimes workloads can be demanding during major project deadlines.

Pros

Working at BaRupOn offers the chance to build real, large-scale infrastructure, gain early responsibility and visibility, participate in long-term value creation (including equity), and work on mission-critical projects in energy, AI, and healthcare—without the bureaucracy of large corporations.

Cons

The pace can be fast and dynamic, which suits people who enjoy momentum and variety Roles are flexible and evolving, offering breadth, though sometimes less rigid structure Some projects involve long planning and regulatory timelines, requiring patience As a growing company, processes are still being refined and built, rather than fully standardized Best suited for people who are comfortable with change and learning on the fly
