- They don't value employees who put lot of effort. Even experience developer is being fired for no particular reason. - Having worked for 2.5 years, I can state that my time was wasted because there are no new learning and there are a lot of micromanagement and politics. - Company's policy and culture getting worse day by day - They are give disgracefull appraisal just like lolipop - No work from home policy. - They are doing partiality between employees - There are lots of machinary noise in new bacancy office. poor infrastructure - There are zero transparency and no work life balance - They have hired too many people and are now terminating them carelessly. - They have no decent projects to work on. - The company's reputation is declining day by day - Don't recommend this company for better carrier Please don't look 5 start review they are just fake reviews created by own.
