The only pros about working with GetBackd is the fact that the actual qualifiers are great people and became great friends.

Every single thing about this place is a con! The pay, upper management, the environment, EVERYTHING. I was hired here with a promise of this amazing pay and yet barely made enough to pay my bills. I tried to deal with it and focus on selling because, that’s where you make money obviously. However, the environment is terrible. Upper Management are actual terrible people. They sit in a room all day and talk trash about everyone working to make the company money. They joke about who they are going to fire next as if the people working for the company don’t matter at all. They say they don’t like negativity or drama yet the people saying that drama and negativity are UNACCEPTABLE, are the ones causing all of it. They do company events once a month but there are plenty of other companies that do the same thing so this place is not special. When you get treated like crap all month then get a company outing once a month, who actually cares? It’s not worth it. They don’t even pay you for holidays, days that the company is closed!!!!! That’s how cheap they are and how little they care about you. They sell you on this big vision on what the company is going to be but I’m telling you, this company is garbage. They will fire you without any warning at all and they don’t care what you’ve done to help them. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. DO NOT WORK HERE. Look at the other reviews. The only good reviews on here are here because they were told to put them here.
