Best reasons to work here is learning how to do background checks on individuals.

The downsides of working here are the people in management especially the team lead. There is no proper training.. You sit and Write on papers all day. Supposedly, this prepares you for the computer. The team lead is loud,rude, and intimidating. She answer your question with a question and has an attitude.she is a snitch, will tell the boss everything. The team lead is the reason for a tense environment. Before I started there had already been 5 employees before me. This is the reason for the high turnover.
