      It was nice to be able to earn PTO even as a part-time employee

      Cons

      Disorganized work environment, lacked needed equipment and training, low pay, dishonest coworkers, stressful work environment, inconsistent property information, etc.

      Pros

      Bader, previously known as Steven Scott Management does right by their employees, clients, and residents alike. As an employee, there are lots of opportunities for growth both vertically and laterally, which allows for a great understanding of the multifamily housing industry.
