      Good work environment with helpful coworkers and effective management. Pretty good compensation and benefits for a company of this size. Work provided is not overwhelming on average.

      Work provided can be inconsistent, sometimes thin, sometimes thick.

      Pros

      Baisch has a great culture. From day 1 I felt welcome. The company is filled with many engineers that are masters in their field.

      Cons

      As an IT intern, I was part of a very small department. Sadly, the company wasn't offering what I was looking for.
