Pros
The benefits are great, unlimited PTO, and my team is 90% virtual minus the quarterly meetings - and those are optional.
Cons
Consulting as an industry is demanding and turn over is high - people without good boundaries will struggle to maintain their work life balance. Salaries were/are also slightly under market value. Additionally the teams I’ve been exposed to are not too diverse, and lean more type A.
