Pros
Always busy at work and co-workers are super friendly, making the long stressful days worth it. Yes, you will be asked to perform at any job there within the company but the experience is worth the effort. The company is great at hiring people that have the potential to be great at their jobs just some do not rise to the standards. If you do not like to be bored at work then any job here will suit you.
Cons
Work for the experience because everyone that is in management will not be leaving anytime soon. That makes opportunity for growth here very small. They reward managers and sales teams with over the top bonuses, while the production and the backbone of what keeps the company moving are left out. Lots of little perks like lunches for everyone and raffles, but when sales/managers talks about their bonuses or shows up with all new cars, it leaves a little sour taste. But like I said get your experience and be a part of a great team, just not a place to move up.
