Pros

Very stable financially and well supported within the community. Hard working, intelligent colleagues who are passionate about what they do.

Cons

Very stuck in their ways. There is a little to no room for experimentation or risk-taking which is completely contradictory to "companyspeak." Upper management are mostly lifers and don't make room for new ideas, therefore fresh blood tends to see a lot of turnover. I was literally told, "this is a moving train and you either get in or get out."

Pros

Things might be better for those in remote roles.

Cons

Morale is abysmally low. I second another reviewer's observation that offices and studios are gross and outdated. I also second that there's drama and backstabbing. Not worth the trouble. No work life balance. Philanthropic/nonprofit efforts are more for optics and less about actual community care. Salaries are just enough to scrape by. This place is not open to new ideas and is losing its relevance.
