Pros
-Good office environment -Large variety of project variety and typology -Good
Cons
-Frequent periods of hiring and layoffs. Multiple professionals had warned me on my way into the company, witnessed it in real time happen to others before I was eventually laid off. -Unpaid overtime and very lacking year-end bonuses. -Lack of reliable mentorship. Any upwards growth is based almost entirely on commitment to additional work hours. All Supervisors I worked under failed to make commitments to regular performance reviews on account of being too busy. Only saw my first performance review at the midway point of my third year. -Project managers/Project architects should not also be your supervisor. major conflict of interest. Uncompensated overtime work should not be pushed by your supervisor who also happens to be your project architect.
