Pros

Interesting industry & products – Working in online gaming / iGaming means you’re rarely bored, and there’s usually something new being launched or tested. Smart, friendly colleagues – Most people on the teams are collaborative and willing to help if you reach out. Some flexibility – Depending on your manager, there’s a decent amount of flexibility around working hours and remote/hybrid options. Opportunities to take ownership – If you’re proactive, you can get involved in projects beyond your job description and build your skill set quickly. Global exposure – You get to work with people from multiple regions and time zones, which can be great for learning and networking.

Cons

Fast growing so there's some growing pain

Pros

Cool office Good location Occasionally free food Beer in fridge

Cons

Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
