      Pros

      Environment is excellent, you really work having fun in a relaxing office with comfortable timing. You have the ability to grow up you IT career and enjoy the strategic position in Piccadilly Circus. We go to the gym together, go for pub, football and we have really great summer party and christmas party.

      Cons

      Not all the team are working in the same way, some of them really work bad. Also some of the strategic people are nasty to work with, making strange decision which are bad for the business in my opinion. Also the compensation in lower then rest of the market

      Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
