      Pros

      Flexible working hours, good salaries, nice people in some of the departments.

      Cons

      Over-crowded offices, not everything goes by law, lack of career opportunities, very strong top-down management but occasionally top doesn't know how work is going on in lower level

      I enjoy working at Baltic Transline because I have the freedom to express my ideas, my concerns are taken seriously, and the people are very friendly. The environment is casual overall, and the managers are flexible, making it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
