      Good working conditions. Good coordinators.

      Cons

      They find a way to always deduct money from the salary. Minor mistake it is a fine . The eco score they want is 77% which impossible to achieve.

      I enjoy working at Baltic Transline because I have the freedom to express my ideas, my concerns are taken seriously, and the people are very friendly. The environment is casual overall, and the managers are flexible, making it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
