The employee turnover rate in the Fingerprint Unit is incredible (incredibly bad). A number of experienced and highly qualified fingerprint analysts have left. Significant expense and time was wasted training new fingerprint examiners who moved on to other labs as soon as they could. Employee surveys of management conditions are ignored when they are negative.
