      Pros

      Good company to learn. You can sit after office hours and learn by utilising the office resources. You will get proper expert guidance from the team on how to develop and fix issues. You can use it till you retire from IT. Challenging works make you as a real software engineer. I worked three companies till then, but couldn't get the job satisfaction I got at BambeeQ.

      Cons

      Salary is only average level. For small company, they pay as much as they can. Your learnings from the company worth more; in the long run we can realise it.
