Pros
It is a good bank. Colleagues are collaborators. The Human Resources team is very friendly. If you are looking for a stable place to work with a competitive salary, this is it.
Cons
Working hours are not respected, more than 14 hours or more is normal, including working on Sundays because time is not enough and it is not because one is not productive if it is not because of the amount of work (this is not only from this bank, particularly if number of several in the IT area in Bolivia since the pandemic) I particularly feel that it is not a place where you can grow and be promoted in the short term, given that just because it is a stable place, people stay in a position from 10 to 25 years (this is very usual). So to be promoted you have to have a lot of experience in the Bank, that is to say that your bosses will never leave so you won't be able to climb.
