Sales employees at field offices are nice and educated, caring for others and willing to give the most out of them, nice new offices in México City, full nationwide coverage, improvement in providing banking services to mexicans
Cons
Overuse of religion to promote products, lack of consistency between moral standards and human resources management, highest interest rate in the market, working hour exceed labor law, gap of salaries between lower and highest position on same structures, full of couples that bias the decision taking process
