The job was very easy, the pay was hourly plus unlimited bonuses. You had the opportunity to be employee of the month with great gifts as well as a birthday incentive. The co workers were great and everyone got along.

I felt as though management played favorites and constantly monitored calls varying from side by side to remote on a daily basis.

All management leaves at 530.... no management around and we party. Go to work for them for after hour parties.... meaning after management leaves.... Yvonne is the best supervisor you could ever imagine having.

Expectations and sales metrics are not reachable. The owner, Rick, will not succed at much he does not run his own company. Yvonne runs that company and does good, if they let her do what she does. Rick and Leadpoint Mortgage does not let her run it the way it should be ran.
