Pros
Bank of Hydro has a laid-back and tight-knit environment that promotes its employees. The staff are supportive and open, and management makes sure you know how to do your job without micromanagement. I enjoyed my time there as a teller!
Cons
It is a small organization, so there are some drawbacks such as slightly lower pay and high workloads.
