Pros
They do market value assessments yearly and adjust pay rates accordingly. In-network benefits are decent. They've stuck by their promise to remain a remote department. Direct managers do their best to stay informed and give updates to the team on any upcoming/expected changes.
Cons
C-Suite is not easy to trust. They aren't as transparent as they claim to be, and it leads to a lot of unknowns within the department. There's a weird push with AI, too. PTO is also less than other large healthcare systems. Less holidays and employees have to use their own PTO for them unless discussed with a manager.
