      Pros

      Insurance and benefits were really good. They also had a 401k plan that was nice.

      Cons

      Pay was not great and had to work long hours and weekends. Sometimes would have to stay after office hours to finish up. Not the greatest work like balance.

      Pros

      Great culture, with some good incentives, quarterly bonuses based on metrics, company outings, team building, and community work.

      Cons

      At the time, I felt the pay was a little low, but I believe they are fair and will conduct an analysis to ensure they keep up with the competition.
