Pros
Nice learning curve, u learn a lot of new skills like design thinking , Products are good, and you gain banking knowledge, which is helpful. One of the best fintech products. The leaders in the product design chapter give very good support to grow and improve.
Cons
Bureaucracy everywhere in the organization, makes things slower. Supporting functions not as strong as expected. Releases take long time, not quick at all. Product management practices need improvement, also other functions' knowledge is not the best.
