      Entrepreneurship, midsize bank non listed and international development are not common for a European bank. 35% of the gross salary each year linked with income statement performances and BRED NPAT growth is uncommon among retail banks in France.

      Cons

      Hard to share big operations due to oue balance sheet size, sometimes difficult to understand how it works because few stuff are written.
