      The people are great, coworkers make the job fun and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Disorganized from top to bottom. Middle managers get consistently shafted due to poor resource allocation and lack of communication. High expectations, low support.

      My job pays well and I have good benefits. Management has been rocky with several changes in very little time.

      Cons

      It’s a bit disorganized. But everyone seems to mean well.
