      Pros

      The support from the main office us the best I've ever seen. They truly work for the stores. Every time we've ever needed anything, they are there for the stores instantly. I visited the main office and immediately noticed the family atmosphere amongst everyone. Truly blessed that I found my home. This is all on top of an amazing commission program. Very aggressive, but very rewarding. I've made more commission in some months here than I did selling high end cars and working twice as much.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is have a company wide meeting once a year where all the managers can come and share even more ideas.

      They truly care about their employees! I've never worked at a place where everyone from the CEO on down cared so much about each other.

      Pros

      Great leadership, good communication, open door policy with upper management and the CEO, good earning potential, fun atmosphere, and generally just a great place to work. The proprietary product is truly proprietary! From the manufacturer Grand Hall which is the company that owns Barbeques Galore. They appreciated my dedication and hard work and gave me a great reference when I moved and applied for another job. I am truly blessed to have worked for Barbeques Galore.

      Cons

      They change the commission structure from time to time, but usually to the benefit of the sales reps. Sometimes special orders take way too long with premium vendors. Sometimes orders on proprietary product are delayed due to manufacturing delays. The worst thing about Barbeques Galore is that they discontinued the Odeon Grill! It was my favorite grill to sell and use. ☹️

      I appreciate the feedback. We were blessed to have worked with you. I wanted to let you know that we are close to bringing back the new version of the Odeon. Going through another round of testing this year. Should be ready to roll out by next year. The Special Order timeframe has been taken care of as well. With the opening of the 13,000 sq. ft. north Phoenix store, we have space in the new warehouse where we actually stock some premium items. If we don't stock it, we turn it around usually within a week now if the vendor has availability. I hope you're doing great out east. Thank you for the feedback and the nice comments.
