Pros
The job itself is rewarding. I love what I do to help people. Potlucks, a few good coworkers that are friendly. Flexibility with appts and needing to take care of kids. Incentives are ok but could be better.
Cons
Terrible employees remain even with many call offs and lack of direction as a lead sales person all bc they once had good numbers. Office drama that is not resolved. Incompetent upper management. Upper management that laughs at you and gives you snarky remarks. Too much demand from the opticians to do everything. Cleaning, looking up insurance, cold calling, checking emails, tagging frames, etc
