Hybrid work environment with an engaged and driven group of people. Bardex has a great record of supporting employee’s development. Employee ownership definitely changes the dynamics in the workplace and makes a positive impact on morale and motivation. Get to work on really big cool stuff all over the world! As an engineer, solving problems and then getting to see your designs in real life is great!
Cons
Fast paced environment and growth of company is important but can be challenging and has its frustrations. Our tools for doing work are behind the times and need updating.
