Nothing. Don't believe the positive reviews. They're fake and made by the owner's of the company. Don't trust the owner, Dale Hipes. He lies and won't pay you. On pay day he'll always have a new excuse why your check is late. At the same time he'll go out and buy fast food and cigars for himself.
Cons
Don't get paid on time or sometimes never get paid. Hostile work environment. Safety and sanitary issues everywhere. These people have ruined people's lives by constantly lying. You can go to local CBD stores a and smoke shops and ask if they've worked with Bareroots-rx or Dale Hipes. They'll tell you to stay away from the guy. If you're serious about this industry, stay away from Bareroots-rx! Don't let Dale destroy your reputation.
