      Had good health benefits at the company.

      Cons

      Terrible clique culture, where people bullied each other, and constantly tried to 1 up each other. Not a lot of resources, so people are forced to be mean to each other. Think being in a parking lot with 100 cars and 5 spaces. Culture doesn't promote niceness or positivity.

      mission-driven, everyone loves dogs, ability to work on challenging projects. Enjoyed my time there thoroughly

      Cons

      Benefits were good but compensation was a tad low from when i worked there. Things could have changed in the few years since.
