Base pay was ok or standard for industry, not very easy to progress unless you’re in operations, all the technical services and tech roles etc don’t have very many places to go but sideways
Cons
No overtime, no site allowances, no health insurance, no TIL, forced XMAS leave doesn’t suite everybody,
